Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App. If you are under the age required by your local law to do so, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password) and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders placed through the App are subject to item availability at the selected Dolphin Cafe location. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize the charge of the applicable amount to your selected payment method. All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the cafe at the time of purchase.

4. Birthday Perks & Promotions

Certain perks (such as birthday offers) require accurate date-of-birth information. Perks are non-transferable, may not be redeemable for cash, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Submit false or misleading information (including your date of birth) to obtain perks you are not entitled to

6. Location Availability

The App may support multiple Dolphin Cafe locations. Menu items, pricing, and availability may vary by location. A future update may use your device's location to suggest the nearest location; this will always require your explicit permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing and point-of-sale integrations for order fulfillment. Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' own terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dolphin Cafe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
